SpringFest - Music, Wine and Art Texas Style

11TH ANNUAL SPRINGFEST IN OLD TOWN SPRING
Texas-Style Wine Tasting, Art Exhibition, Live Entertainment and More
In Historic Old Town Spring March 6-8, 2009

WHAT: The 11th Annual SpringFest, one of the largest wine exhibition and tasting events in Houston, will take place in Historic Old Town Spring Friday, March 6 through Sunday, March 8, 2009. Wine enthusiasts are invited to attend this Texas-style event featuring local wineries showcasing top Texas wines, micro-brewed beer tastings, original art work from local artists, large Mesquite Craftsmenship exibits with finely crafted furniture and art, and live entertainment featuring performances from Shake Russell, Davin James, Max Stalling, Todd Fritsch, jazz ensembles and more! The 11th Annual SpringFest event is presented by Houston Press and KVST 99.7 FM.

Saturday, March 7
4:30 to 6:00 Shake Russell
6:30 to 8:00 Davin James
8:30 to 10:00 Max Stalling
10:30 to 12:00 Todd Fritsch

Admission is FREE on Friday & Sunday; FREE Saturday until 4 p.m.; and $10 on Saturday after 4 p.m. Wine tasting tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the gate. Price includes a commemorative wine glass and 5 tastings with additional tastings available for $1 each. Proceed will benefit the Spring Preservation League, a non-profit foundation which is dedicated to the preservation and beautification of Old Town Spring, community projects and maintains contributions to a variety of service organizations.
